Limited Lifetime Warranty (AllGuard Weatherproof MAX Jet Ski Covers) / Limited 10 Year Warranty (AllGuard Weatherproof Jet Ski Covers, AllGuard Indoor Black Satin Jet Ski Covers)

JetSkiCover.com (and its parent company) with its principal place of business at 1910 Madison Avenue #2002 Memphis, TN 38104 warrant to the original purchaser that we will correct any defects in material or workmanship by either repair or replacement at our discretion of an open box cover of the same type based on the prorated schedule for the material, provided the customer prepays shipping to and from the shipper. This warranty lasts for the reasonable expected lifetime of the product starting on the purchase date. If the product is no longer sold, the difference price of the most comparable product may be requested. 

Repairs are in the form of adhesive-backed material patches. 

 

Submitting a warranty claim: 

A warranty claim can be submitted by filling out our warranty form. CLICK HERE to submit a warranty. All information requested is required (including order number). Occasionally, at the discretion of JetSkiCover.com, mailing in the cover will be required. Approval or denial of the claim can take up to 30 business days from the date the cover and/or photos are received. A replacement cover does not reset or extend the warranty period. The warranty is not a money-back guarantee. If upgraded materials are available and the warranty is approved, we will offer those materials for an optional additional fee.

No walk-in warranties are allowed as we must inspect the cover and this can take time.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover discoloration or cracking of the outside layer as it does not affect the performance of the cover.
  • JetSkiCover.com is not liable for repainted surfaces or lacquer paint. Repainted vehicles should not be immediately covered. It is best to check with your painter or body shop for recommended "cure" time. Use of any cover before the cure time has been reached may cause damage which is not due to the cover, but due to the new paint.
  • DO NOT cover a wet vehicle, a "hot/warm exhaust.
  • DO NOT use a cover while trailering or making modifications to a jet ski. The warranty is voided if the cover is used on a jet ski while it is being towed or transported.
  • The warranty on the AllGuard Indoor Black Satin Jet Ski Covers does not cover deterioration from outdoor use.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from abuse and misuse of the cover.
  • The warranty does not cover damage to the cover by acts of God, humans, or animals whether domestic, wild, or otherwise. The cover must be properly utilized and maintained from the time of purchase.
  • The warranty does not cover any damage to your vehicle due to hail.
  • The warranty does not cover any damage to your jet ski due to use of additional securing straps (other than the provided adjustable nylon straps), or any other securing method. *Adjustable nylon straps are not provided with the AllGuard Indoor Black Satin Jet Ski Covers, they are not necessary*
  • The warranty does not cover any issues relating to water seeping through the material as our covers are water resistant - NOT waterproof.
  • In the event your jet ski is sold, no longer in your possession, or the cover is not being used on the jet ski for which it was originally purchased for, the warranty is void and cannot be transferred or exchanged for a cover for your new jet ski.
  • This warranty does not protect against damages caused by the product, or the customer’s time and expense in getting the damage repaired. If the jet ski being protected by the cover is damaged, JetSkiCover.com is not liable to repair the vehicle under this warranty.
  • The warranty does not include shrinking or expanding of the material.
  • Covers purchased used /open box do not include a warranty.
  • In the event of a 3rd warranty claim, pictures will no longer be accepted. You will be required to physically mail the cover(s) to our location for review under warranty.
  • The warranty claim process cannot be circumvented by purchasing a new jet ski cover during an active warranty claim and then requesting a refund. There will be no refunds given for a new cover purchase to satisfy a warranty claim.
  • The cover may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receipt of the purchase for a refund or exchange. After this period, any issue will be under this warranty policy. No refunds will be given after this 30 day period.

    EXAMPLES OF NEGLIGENT OR ABUSIVE USE:

    Cuts, punctures, abrasions, or scores; Grommets pulled out or damaged; Threads cut, stretched, or burst; Burns, scorches, melted areas; Damage from exposure to excessive heat; Improper handling, such as dragging over damaging materials or over-stretching during installation; Damage from improper attachment to straps or using improper attachment devices; Exposure to chemicals such as solvents, petrochemicals, paints, acids, alkaline materials, or other substances which damage the materials; Use for any purpose other than as a jet ski cover. 

     

    Exclusion of Other Remedies:

    IN NO EVENT WILL JETSKICOVER.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, MULTIPLE, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT(S) SUPPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR LOST PROFITS. 

     

    Exclusion of All Other Warranties, Express or Implied:

    THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Subject to applicable law, in no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the cover.

     

    Governing Law: 

    The validity, construction and enforcement of, and the remedies under, this limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Jurisdiction and venue shall properly lie exclusively in the State of Tennessee, in and for Shelby County, Tennessee, with respect to any legal proceedings arising from this limited, prorated warranty or use of the item.

     

    Reasonable Expected lifetime (NOT a guarantee of cover lifetime) of covers determined by material:

    AllGuard Weatherproof MAX Jet Ski Cover – Length of ownership of the vehicle by original purchaser, Length of ownership of the cover by original purchaser - whichever comes first.

    Accessories:

    All addon accessories such as microfiber products (cloths, duster, etc) come with a 30 day return period from the date of receipt. They do not come with any warranty beyond that and are not returnable for a refund after 30 days.
